Are you looking for "Inventor Advice"?
If so we've got three words of advice..... Be VERY Careful!
There are countless so called "invention services" "discovery", "infomercial", "shopping network" and product licensing companies, coaches and trainers out there. Most are in business for one thing... To take your money and run! No matter how incredible or amazing these discovery companies sound.... In most cases these are NOT stocking distributors that purchase your products and in most cases do not generate sales for "you"! So please be careful when spending money on promises or making risky license deals. Keep in mind that we stock your products in our warehouses and if you need manufacturing services we manufacture from our factory. We assist you with product exposure and penetration and once that is done we purchase products from you. No false promises. We provide straight and reliable business of publicizing, marketing, buying and selling your products.
We're a manufacturer with real factory, a distributor with a real warehouse and a product exposure company that provides real product exposure and PR. We do not provide services to inventors other than manufacturing, distribution and product exposure. We make money by either manufacturing or distributing your products... Not by selling you a load of consulting, advertising, marketing and pie in the sky BS.
We're true inventors ourselves (see http://wizind.com) with our own products that we have invested blood, sweat, tears and money in. We also invested 8 years into building the patent pending SampleRewards.com system. This system has played a great part in getting our own products into most all of the markets we sell to. In fact we do not have and have never had sales people in our company and we have never spent loads of money on advertising our products. This system and the countless consumers that have referred retailers to us and us to retailers have made us successful in our product distribution and sales.
Our "invention" and development of this system has provided us with a great tool that has placed our products into retail stores around the world. Retailers we would have never been able to reach on our own. This system and all of the technology and infrastructure we've built for our own products is available for any inventor, that is ready to manufacture and sell a product, to use.

Do you provide free resources to inventors and new brand owners?
Our typical reply is:
Yes. We do offer our experience and advise free of charge. We can't fund your inventions and we do not offer to buy or license other peoples ideas. However we do have very broad manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Plus we provide very efficient free product exposure along with exceptionally cost effective PR and marketing services.

1. We, Wizard Industries, Inc. / Tohkai Precision, LTD., manufacture and distribute a multitude of products for large and small companies ranging from Procter and Gamble, Avon, Brookston, Sharper Image, Discovery Channel, Otto, Hello Kitty, Wizard and many others.
2. Being a manufacturer in this realm and of our size we have certain limits on the minimum quantity sizes we can provide services for. Generally we require manufacturing of at least 5000 to 10,000 units per order. As with most manufacturers payments of 50% upon placement of order and 50% on completion are required. All orders are shipped F.O.B.
3. We do not license inventions; buy plans or patents or fund inventions or the manufacturing of inventors products. We are never looking to take a product over or add products to our own brands unless they are created by and developed from within our company.
4. We do however purchase and stock all of the items we distribute. We distribute to retailers and dealers around the world and we retail to consumers worldwide.
5. We provide marketing and PR services on an ala cart basis only for items we distribute or manufacture. We do not seek marketing PR business. We simply provide it if the product owner requests it.
6. We do not charge for quotes and generally are available for guidance however we do not provide consulting services unless we are also distributing or manufacturing the products in question. We do not charge for consulting however we do restrict our time of guidance based on the level of manufacturing or distribution associated with a particular item.
7. We do not charge fees for assisting inventors however we are limited to financially capable and prepared inventors. Please understand our time is valuable and we are very busy with the large amount of items we manufacture and distribute. We're happy to help guide inventors and provide safe harbor from the countless invention help, discovery and consulting companies that prey on inventors. Please respect our time however and be prepared when calling us. We may not always be available on short notice and email is generally the best way to begin communications with us.
8. We attempt to provide NDA (non-disclosure documents) providing we know basic concept and process of an invention and can establish that the product in question does not cross the paths of our own product plans. We will advise you of our projects should your invention or idea be an obstacle that prevents us from signing a NDA.
9. Our goal is to provide excellent manufacturing and distribution services to our clients along with assistance to fellow inventors. Please study our site and take advantage of of free Life's Inventions Magazine. Please help us by being time efficient.
